Located on a 3,638m² prime site in Silverdale, this $10m, two-story commercial development offers a total net lettable area of 2,000m². Anchored by Joe’s Garage and Anytime Fitness, the complex also features key tenants like AON Insurance, Shoe Science, and Hell Pizza, among others.
Part of Matvin Group’s wider Hibiscus Coast master-planned development, 1 Alberto Lane serves as a vibrant commercial hub, benefiting both businesses and the local community.
