It’s been a year since we achieved practical completion of Stage 10 at The Botanic Silverdale, a milestone that delivered seven premium villas and a thoughtfully designed community garden.
This project added real value to the village, with two large glasshouses and 24 raised planter boxes now forming a popular amenity for residents. The homes and garden have become a vibrant part of daily life and a great addition to our growing retirement village community.
