Since breaking ground in February, we've made strong progress at Schnapper Rock Road, transforming a single residential site into a six-lot development.
Despite the challenges of steep terrain, tight boundaries, and wet weather, the team has successfully completed demolition, excavation, major earthworks, and retaining wall construction, setting the foundations for the future homes and infrastructure.
